The times have changed in the years following the third great war. In the Tokyo megalopolis, technology has taken over everything, relegating wizards like the Iwamura twins, Alec and Anya, to slums in what used to be Yoyogi Park. Shimizu Ruth and her squadron of mecha pilots are tasked with keeping the wizarding population under control, a struggle that Ruth relishes. Meanwhile, Izumo Shrine miko Senke Yuzuriha receives troubling visions of the future and an ancient enemy from her family's past.
